Six steps from "what should we watch?" to popcorn.

1. 01

   Spin up a room

   The host names the room and gets a 6-character code. Only the host needs an account — guests join with a nickname.

2. 02

   Share the code

   Anyone with the code can take a seat on the couch. Up to a dozen voters fits the format comfortably.

3. 03

   Swipe the deck

   Everyone sees the same shortlist. Like or veto — the room reacts live. Async voting means no one has to be online at the same time.

4. 04

   Smart veto, not nuclear veto

   Vetoes scale with the room: 1 voter kills a title in pairs, but in a group of 6 it takes 3 dislikes. One grumpy voter can't sink everything.

5. 05

   Rank the matches

   Movies the group agrees on move into a head-to-head ranking round. The host crowns the winner — or auto-picks the least-vetoed title if the room stalls.

6. 06

   Reuse the room

   After tonight's pick, the same room can spin up a new round — same crew, fresh deck, no new code to share.
